Winter Mood Booster: The Pink Dragonfruit Smoothie
As the winter chill sets in and the days grew shorter, I found myself craving something vibrant and uplifting to brighten my mornings. One day, while wandering through the produce aisle, the striking pink hue of dragonfruit caught my eye. Its exotic appearance sparked my imagination, and I couldn't resist the urge to create a smoothie that not only looked fun but also packed a punch of health benefits. I envisioned a drink that would be a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, something that would make my family smile and my friends ask for seconds. After several trial blends and a sprinkle of laughter, I finally crafted this delightful dragonfruit smoothie. The moment I served it up, the room was filled with oohs and aahs, and I knew I had struck gold. This smoothie quickly became a winter favorite—its vibrant color and refreshing taste are just what we need to chase away the winter blues!
Perfect Pink Smoothie to Boost Your Immune System:
Ingredients
This includes all that you will need (feel free to substitute where you want). I use a Vitamix Blender:
1 Cup Oat Milk
1 Banana (sometimes I only do 1/2)
1 Date (pitted)
1 Scoot Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Frozen Dragonfruit
1 Spoon of Coco Whip
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Put Oat Milk, Banana, Date, Protein Powder, and Dragonfruit in the blender and blend!
Coat your glass with maple syrup and a spoonful of the Coco Whip.
Pour in the smoothie and enjoy.
