Initial Physical Therapy Assessment Your first appointment at Hive PT is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment lasting 60 to 75 minutes. What to Expect: We'll review your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. You'll go through a thorough movement and functional assessment so we can identify the root cause of your pain or limitations. We'll then provide a clear explanation of what's happening in your body and create a personalized treatment plan with actionable next steps. Time permitting, we may begin hands-on treatment during this first session. What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Bring any relevant medical imaging or reports if available. By the end of your assessment, you'll have clarity on your condition, a roadmap for recovery, and confidence moving forward.
