Three workouts a week designed for women who want to move better, feel stronger, and keep their bodies working for them—not against them. This isn’t random workouts from an influencer. It’s a smart, sustainable training plan created by a physical therapist who understands real life, changing hormones, tight schedules, and bodies that don’t bounce back like they used to (or never did). Every week, you’ll get three structured workouts focused on strength, mobility, and longevity—with short videos explaining each exercise so you can train confidently and safely.

Hive Physical Therapy - Booking Policy Payment & Scheduling Full payment required at booking - no deposits, pay complete package price Payment methods:Credit card, HSA/FSA, check, or cash Scheduling: Flexible hours including evenings and weekends Service area:25-mile radius included; $0.67/mile travel fee beyond Cancellation Policy - 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling - Late cancellation fee: $100 (less than 24-hour notice) - No-show fee: $150 (missed appointment without notice) - Weather cancellations: No fee for severe weather rescheduling Refund Policy - 48+ hour cancellation: Full refund minus processing fees - 24-48 hour cancellation: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee - Less than 24 hours: No refund (cancellation fee applies) - Unused sessions:Refundable if cancelled with 48+ hour notice Rescheduling - Free rescheduling with 24+ hour notice - Emergency rescheduling: Considered case-by-case - Provider cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling offered Preparation Requirements for In-Home - Safe home access must be provided - Primary caregiver availability preferred for education - Pet security required during visit - Recent medical information should be available
