Frequently Asked Questions
1. When can I start this program? You can begin once you’ve been cleared by your OB/midwife for movement — usually around 6 weeks postpartum. This program picks up where your basic clearance leaves off and helps you safely rebuild from the inside out. 2. Is this program safe if I had a C-section? Yes. Everything is designed with core and scar sensitivity in mind. You’ll get education, breathwork, and progressive strength tailored for both vaginal and C-section recovery. 3. What if I’m years postpartum — is it too late? Nope! It’s never too late. Many women do this program 1–5 years (or more) after birth and finally feel like their body is working with them again — not against them. 4. Do I need to have seen a pelvic floor PT first? No, but if you have access to one, it can absolutely complement your progress. This program was designed by a pelvic floor PT and includes screening, education, and safe progressions. 5. Is this a workout program or a rehab program? Both. This is where science-backed rehab meets real-world strength. You’ll rebuild core, glutes, posture, and power — starting with foundational breathwork and progressing to full-body training. 6. How much time will I need each week? Most weeks include 3–4 sessions that are 20–30 minutes each. It’s designed to be realistic for busy moms — with the option to layer on more as you feel ready. 7. Do I need equipment? Minimal. You’ll want a mat, a set of light/medium dumbbells, and a resistance loop if you have one (but it’s not required). Everything is doable from home or your local gym. 8. Can I do this while breastfeeding? Absolutely. The program supports postpartum healing and strength without putting excessive strain on your system. Just stay hydrated and listen to your body. 9. What if I have diastasis recti, prolapse, or leaking? You’re in the right place. This program includes specific strategies for managing pressure, rebuilding core function, and progressing safely — even with these symptoms. 10. What makes this program different from others? It’s created using the latest research in strength, recovery, and women’s health — no fluff, no guessing. Just smart, progressive, whole-body strength that actually works.
